For the past 18 months Gamma² has provided product support for the Big Wheel under contract to the Trademark holder. Unfortunately, due to contract issues beyond our control, we are no longer able to provide this service.  As a result, spare parts are no longer available.

If you are experiencing  problems with your Big Wheel, we suggest you return it to the retailer from whom you made your purchase.
